Pre-orders

For pre-orders, we try to be fair and flexible, but we do have some policies/best practices that we ask you to be mindful of.
1. Preorders are preferred to be submitted in person; however, we will take preorders through Facebook by direct message or by commenting under the preorder invite for that particular product.
2. All preorders that are submitted by Facebook are binding once we have responded with acknowledgement.
3.  Money must be paid in full 3 days prior to release unless other arrangements have been made and acknowledged by Paul or Paige.  Failure to pay ENTIRELY in full or make prior arrangements can result in product not being ordered.  Repetitive non pays can result in being barred from preordering.
4.  All cancellations with monies being paid will be subject to a 25 percent cancellation fee.  Multiple cancellations can result in being barred from preordering
5.  Those who do not preorder will be subjected to a higher in-store price for the box.
6.  All box prices are FINAL and are NON-NEGOTIABLE.
